Questions
How does “unlimited requests” work?+
Add as many requests to your queue as you want. They're worked on one at a time (two on Pro), in the order you choose. As soon as one is delivered, the next one starts.
How fast will I get my designs?+
Most requests are delivered within two business days. Bigger projects, like a full landing page, are broken into smaller pieces and delivered as they're done.
What if I don't like the design?+
Ask for changes. Revisions are unlimited, and a revision goes straight to the top of your queue.
Can I pause my subscription?+
Yes. Billing stops and the days you have left are saved. If you pause with 12 days left, you get those 12 days back when you resume.
How do we talk to each other?+
Everything about a request lives on your board: the brief, messages, deliveries and feedback. On Pro you also get a shared Slack Connect channel with us for quick questions.
How do I get my files?+
Every delivery comes with links to the source files (Figma, Drive and so on) and they're yours to keep.
